as I explained to a couple of people last night, I figured I had an opportunty to get out for a bit with not a lot of risk in it taking off without me. Given where the discovery is, they wont have access until late spring early summer- june according to the company give or take. so with no drilling, the only catalysts is the share price being caught up by the rising tide of a higher gold price or the updated 43-101. Their hoping to get the 43-101 out in March. They have a significant discovery and quite a few letter writers following now. There is no doubt in my mind that the share price will explode when they begin drilling as it's sure to be one of if not THE play of the summer. I simply believe that given how tough todays market is, it's pretty unlikely that the stock will run away from me with no news. well at least thats my selfish hope.

So given that, I look at DMM, which has 6million plus ounces of 12 gram per tonne gold trading at $25 per ounce (37million shares fully diluted). With YRI, K, AEM, etc all on the acquisition prowl, it seems like a no brainer that it gets taken out. I complained to the company today re the lack of news out of them about the new mining law and was told they were in meetings today hammering out a strategy but to be assured news flow would increase very shortly. Ecuador owes me, and as a side I think its fate. Those that know me know I got my first big break in the NWT diamond play back in the 90's. The company was diamet ..symbol DMM ...so its got to be fate right? :)
