I bought a few shares of WTE.UN Westshore terminals today at $8.20. It looks cheap (could get cheaper) even if they reduce the 22% yield.

That's remarkable. I bought on Friday at exactly the same price. I would like to say that great minds think alike but since it closed below $8, we will have to reserve judgement. Coal contracts tend to be negotiated on an annual basis so most of the pricing volitility is removed. And if you do sell your coal to China you have to go through these guys to get it there, regardless. They will certainly reduce the dividend but this one is as resession resistant as they get IMO.
