Effective government requires good decision making and balance in policy.

Good characteristics

- save money during periods of budget and trade surpluses

- spend money on internal projects and infrastructure for an export based economy when trade surpluses are reduced and likely to get worse

Bad characteristics

- in good economic times overspend

- in bad economic times spend more

This is very simple ... when is the revolt against the inevitable case where all rights and freedoms for individuals are eliminated to pay for a debt that shouldn't have occured.

Ensuring that citizens will be indentured slaves best decribes current policy. Who nows perhaps Obama is working with Kenya so they can take white slaves to Africa.
