This is almost always a red flag. Basically it means the market thinks a company's assets are overvalued. If you own these stocks, you're basically betting that real estate prices have bottomed. Nothing wrong with making that bet, as long as you understand that's what it is.

Now, if you really want to reach for yield, you could try the Greek 10 year notes.... heh.
