News), Fifty-Plus.Net Inc. and Kemur Publishing Co. Ltd. is complete. That day, the aforementioned companies, which previously operated as Fifty-Plus-International.Net Inc., will be renamed ZoomerMedia Limited. ZoomerMedia Limited will be traded on the Toronto Venture Exchange as ZUM, replacing the current symbol FPN. The new name ZoomerMedia Limited gives a symbolic expression to the Zoomer concept and philosophy, now at the core of all of Moses' initiatives.

On December 28, 2007, Moses became the controlling shareholder of Fifty-Plus-International.Net Inc. A mere 61 days later, he announced his New Vision Of Aging For Canada. "Zoomer", derived from "Boomer With Zip!" is the term Moses has popularized to denote the population traditionally known as "50+".
