This is what will happen...

... in the next few weeks. The order will certainly vary, but i am pretty sure that these will happen.

1 - Hiring of a new CFO - AAER is without of a CFO since June 1st. They must have one. Let's hope they will find one that the market will recognize. This will have a positive effect on the SP.

2 - Commissioning of Windland 2 turbines. - The first turbine was sent on June 5th and the second one on June 15th. It took 11 weeks to commission the turbine installed at the Marine base in Barstow. It's been 12 weeks since the second one left Bromont for Windland. We thus should have a news on that matter soon.

3 - Uses of options by Windland. - Windland as options for 20 more turbines. I suspect we should get some news on this matter if they are satisfied with AAER.

.......... Although I have never found anything officially written on this matter, I did find someone who wrote about it back then. The link would not work when posted in SH :-( so find AAE in the site agora com ( bring those two words together) dot com.

4 - Signing of a loan up to 70M$ with a bank, in accordance with the governments' loan guarantee.

..........http://www.aaer.ca/page.asp?intNodeID=33752&switchLang=true&sysStr=PARCH85:intViewID-1 intNbDisList-1 intNbByRow-1 intArticleID-6715;

5 - The signing of the contract with NP. (I think no links are needed for this one ;-) )

6 -
A news from the government pertaining to the opening of the Ste-Anne des Monts. I was told by a journalist back in July that this deal is a separated from the one concluded for the loan guarantee. The address of the office is already on AAER's web site.

..........http://www.aaer.ca/page.asp?intNodeID=33729

7 - I also expect more contracts to be announced following the loan guarantee. Remember that AAER has signed only one contract since Devon in December, that is the one in Boston. Of course there as been and still is a financial crisis, but it was a double crisis, one international and one internal. With the government loan, Gagnon solved the later and will help in the conclusion of a few contracts. At least that's what I think.

Projections :
The only real uncertainties in the above elements concerns new contracts. How many turbines will be sold? I don't know. But I think there must be a kind of bottleneck caused by the internal financial crisis. When the loan will be finalized, I think the bottleneck will disappeared and a series of contract will be announced in a two to four week time frame.

Just with the loan, we will see between .20¢ and .35¢, depending on the size of the loan. I would not be surprised if the loan reached more than 70M. This will actually be a great indicator of production to come. The higher the loan, the more turbines AAER will build soon. Bank does not lend money without contracts.

The NP contract will bring in .15¢ to .20¢ which will bring the share price between .35¢ and .55¢.

Ste-Anne des Monts could bring another .05¢ to .07¢ to the share price.

As for the sales of new turbines, the closer the delivery date the more impact it will have on the share price. (If AAER sells five turbines to be delivered by the end of December, the share price could jump by an easy .25¢ to 35¢. A Reservation agreement with Cartier slated for a delivery date of 2011 would have the same impact even if it would be for 90 turbines.) I suspect AAER will produce 8 to 10 turbines slated for delivery in 2009 and early 2010 and this will add 35¢ to 45¢ to the share price bringing the total to 75¢ and 1.07$ by year end.

So there it is. We will see what will happen in the next few days, but I think that people who invested on AAER have made a great long term choice.

All this is my humble opinion of course and constructive comments are welcome.
