Any other shareholders out there?

Would love to get some discussion going regarding this subscription plan Adex is proposing. My initial reaction is to reject this plan outright.

We have enough funds to see us through completion of the pilot plant work and DFS(according to Adex IR)...so why give away 55% of the company now?

Seems to me we would be in a much better position to negotiate project financing if we wait for the completion of the final feasability study. These terms with Great Harvest are in my opinion totally unacceptable.

Any thoughts out there?
