First of all target price for ATW is round Cdn$ 3, and for KNB is round Cdn$ 2.25, not to mention that KNB is not as safe as ATW. So I don't see this deal good for ATW as for KNB. KNB shareholdrs should be happy right now, gold price is going up, ATW will go up today, KNB even more, what can you expect better. At least look at 52 week high for ATW and for KNB, then you will se which stock is better. This is not good deal for ATW shareholders, but still sp will go up next days because of Gold price. Yesterday was only weak Hands selling, that's it. Don't worry about 0.9 sp, you will see this KNB price and even better, I hope to see here some better prices next days because of Gold, and if not I will sell all my shares, there are lot of good stocks aout there like VEN or NDM or TSK, ...

But first let see what will happen next days, should be interesting!
