Dear Max,

It is sorry to see that you don't see any value in the property. So much Gold and Copper at great gpt MEASURED AND INDICATED. Instead you are only looking at the immediate consequences of the dilution. So I ask, Do you think ATW is not capable of bringing this into production? That would be my worry that I would inherit another team that won't financially be able to bring this mine to life within two years.

KNB low on money can no longer move forward with this project. I hate to see ORV snatch this up with the manner they have conducted themselves - unprofessional. I see ATW's mgmt has a vested interest in their own production while ORV's has zero.
