Yves J. Rougerie, B.Sc., P.Geo.

President and Chief Executive Officer

Yves Rougerie, P.Geo. is a graduate of the University of Quebec (B.Sc. Earth Sciences 1983) and provides over 25 years of experience in the mining exploration and development business. Mr. Rougerie was most recently Vice President Exploration for the Company, and previously has worked for industry leaders such as Aur Resources Inc. and Cogema (Areva). Mr. Rougerie has been involved in several uranium, gold and base metal discoveries during his career. He played a significant role in the discovery and delineation phases of Aur Resources' Louvicourt Cu-Zn-Ag-Au Mine near Val d'Or, Quebec. He was also a founding Director of Scorpio Mining Corp. which is actively developing the Nuestra Senora Ag-Zn-Pb-Au deposit in Mexico. More recently, as V.P. Exploration for Abitex Resources Inc., he managed acquisitions and exploration across North America for the company over a ten year period. Over the years, Mr Rougerie has acquired a wide range of experience in exploration techniques and project management pertaining to Uranium, narrow-vein gold and VMS Cu-Zn deposits.

Harry J. Hodge, B.Sc. Geology, P.Eng.

Director

A member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario, Mr. Hodge holds a B.Sc. from St. Francis Xavier University. With over 40 years of experience in the minerals industry, he has held numerous senior positions in mining companies, including Senior Mine Geologist, Eastern Canada, for Noranda Mines Ltd., Chief Geologist for Conwest Exploration Co. Ltd. and Manager, Minerals Division, Eastern Canada for Shell Canada Resources from 1974 to 1979. Since 1979 he has been responsible for the administration and day-to-day operation of several publicly listed companies. He is currently a director of Stroud Resources Ltd., Abitex Resources Inc., Probe Mines Limited. In addition to his membership in the APEO, Mr. Hodge is a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada, the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, and the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada.
