I think there's little doubt the company is transitioning, happens all the time when companies move up to the next level. In that sense I think it's a good sign - means they ARE moving up to the next level. And since they are moving positively, I think Adanac's emerging new management has the blessing of the money people. Tough time retaining people? I don't think it's that way at all - I think the changes are quite intentional.
