At first blush, this should certainly unlock shareholder value for the Lac Otelnuk project. Without the working capital, its just chunk of dirt. With working capital, and this becomes yet another pearl on the Labrador Trough. How great for all the locals, and everyone down to the port operators and rail folks. I hope they can move forward with not just the Wuhan JV agreements, but are able to build port capacity in Quebec as they are in the Brazore Operation.

I get the feeling the JV was designed to free them up to do that. Time will tell, and I have be sitting on my hands doing so.
