("Africa Oil" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:AOI) is pleased to announce that the Company has been approved for trading of its common shares on the First North list of the NASDAQ OMX Stock Exchange. The Company's common shares will commence trading on First North at the market opening on September 30, 2010 under the symbol "AOI". The Company's common shares will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "AOI".
