Rolled back for the right reasons
As reported yesterday noon on marketcents.com, a rollback will take effect Wednesday morning at 0630 pst on a 6 old for 1 new basis. For example, if you had 50000 shares at a 5c cost, your status wil now be 8333 shares at a cost of 30c
Ive heard the collective groan and calls for imminent doom already this morning on bullboards and in panicky phone calls. I have seen scads of consolodations…some bad, some good and for a targeted reason & result.I suspect the new AAT to suffer a backlash pricewise initially…remember 15c is less than 3c formerly. The share price median for volume is 5.5c or 33c historically over the past 2 yrs, where the float has changed hands 1.5 times. It is where the new AAT chart will show a resistance point on the upside.Conversely,the chart shows a clear bottom at the 15 to 18c level. The good news of this rolback is a financing becomes much easier, even in these pressing tomes. This is a ‘good’ rollback with a pointed and beneficial reason for the future development of our company. IMO, battling a float of 122 million outstanding made financing a near to an impossibility under present conditions. Be patient, grin and bare it
The company NR stated that a financing is a priority…Im reading into it that Cannacord shall be the agent and apply their previous backlog of 5c orders to the new deal at a price I expect in the upper teens to 20c At press time..market shows 18 to 21,with bids queing up at 10,11,12.,14,15,16..there is one sell order for 150000 at 21c which I suspect is 25000 after the conversion
This morning, president George Graham was coy about timing and pricing…He did offer that sales figures were in excess of $150K for the first four days of this month. The deal with Airware with subsidiary Clairtec is still in place. Record sales again are expected for this year,…. once again for the 3rd consecutive year I may add. His confidence that we trade based on earnings and not typical TSX.V hype will fuel a price rise. Thats the kind of hype I want…no BS
A final comment from my 31 years in the market…in a word…DONT PANIC……emotions have no place in the stock market. You bought this stock based on strong fundamentals….based on clear common sense and judgement and thought. NOTHING has changed in the companies affairs except the abiity to arrange financing that will increase sales and develop further prototypes of the Clairtec 100% owned technology leading to commercial production, An 18 to 20c purchase shall be a great average down point…Its like a 50% off sale
