No expert here, but my 2 cents for what it is worth.

Market conditions have brought down a lot of other good stocks too.

Brian Dalton has said he feels the stock is extremely misunderstood and undervalued.

As the NLRC project advances (or some other catalyst happens), there will be more coverage and if the price takes off then, I am sure there will be a split to increase liquidity, which is necessary for larger institutions to get interested.

In the meanwhile, as a small investor with a longer term outlook, I am happy to be able to enter at these levels.
