Financing also a problem in Arizona...

A short July 07 NPR story on the Arizona Clean Air Fuels refinery project (sorry if it's old news). I guess some of the same difficulties NLRC is dealing with. Seems indeed a high risk project. Hope we can get some positive news soon.
