With the stock price $12.11 (at the time of posting this) Altius appears on the surface to be quite cheap, it is nearing its year low.

There has been no recent update on the progress - or lack of it -concerning the latest situation of the Newfoundland and Labrador Refining Corporation and its search for $4billion+ in order to build the proposed oil refinery at Placentia Bay, Newfoundland.

Followers of Altius will be highly aware of this issue, particularly so since Altius owns a very large percentage of the project.

It could be that the present Altius stock price is a reflection of the seeming inability to raise the necssary funding.

If the money cannot be found where exactly will this leave Altius and its stock price?

It would be interesting to have some views on this.
