1. Write down of $2,755,000 (Probably a good recovery to come.)

2. We know Nickel prices are currently not clever.

3. Repurchase of 1,947,730 common shares, cost $11,646,000.

4. Positive drilling results, 30%+.

5. The New Brunswick Oil Shale Project, yet to be reported on.

6. Thirteen active mineral exploration agreements, including its partner Northern Abitibi Mining Corp reporting high grade gold intercepts of 3.7 metres grading 50.05 g/t gold.

7. As of quarter end Altius had $162.8 million in net working capital, including $160.4 million in cash equivalents and liquid investments.

My conclusion?

This is a serious long term investment opportunity.
