Amador Gold Corp. (TSX-V:AGX) confirms that further to a private placement announced on March 2, 2009, the 2-year warrant is priced at $0.06 in the first year and $0.10 in the second year.

The Company also announces the appointment of Diana Mark as Assistant Corporate Secretary.
