Whatever the price at this early point is worth it. remember we are in at the beginning! If this property has more to offer the price will increase, but in waves of double the previous week or more. Its a good place to be if things turn out right and especially if the timing is good (gold up, new hits, new investors). Another big hit or a new buyer and this is up tenfold!
