I suppose my questions to you are why do you find that strange or unreasonable and why do you put such value on a report that comes with several dislaimers as to its accuracy?

AGX has created over 30 million shares this year alone (not counting warrants), why is someone/s selling 1/3 million worth worrying about? There is a lot more on the sideline waiting its turn.

Neither "quote media" to the right margin on this page, nor "canadian insiders" indicates any of the selling was by management (since August). Wouldn't you expect the people who have been financing that 30 million shares in public and private placements to get some of their investment back as soon as they could? After all, thats what I try to do.

Enlighten me if you care to, you obviously see something I do not.
