Since management hasn't confided in any of us (me anyway), I can only presume that now that they have paid themselves with the financing they have hired M Partners to determine what directions they should be taking and perhaps assist in the process.

I surmise that existing management can't figure out what they should do even with their couple hundreds of years experience so they need someone else to think for them. My guess is that recommendations could include develop one or more properties themselves, becoming a project generator, JV one or more propertys, doing some kind of plan of arrangement with someone with talents, resources they may lack. At this point anyone's guess is good. Ron
