Added to the Board of Uranium Star recently:

Hon. Brian V. Tobin, P.C., ICD.D

The Hon. Brian V. Tobin, P.C., ICD.D served as a Member of Parliament of 16 years. He previously served as Federal Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, Federal Minister of Industry and Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador. Mr. Tobin is currently Senior Business Advisor with Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP in Toronto. Mr. Tobin serves on a number of public company boards including Lions Gate Entertainment Corp., Aecon Group Inc. and Consolidated Thompson Iron Mines Limited and he is Chairman of the board for New Flyer Industries Inc. Mr. Tobin is also a Director of CommerceTel Canada Inc., Marport Deep Sea Technologies Inc., Kruger Inc. and Canpages Inc.

Mr. Tobin will act as Chairman of the special advisory committee for Uranium Star’s Green Giant Vanadium Project in Madagascar.

V. Peter Harder

V. Peter Harder is a former long serving Deputy Minister in a number of departments including Industry Canada and the Department of Foreign Affairs. In 2007, Mr. Harder joined Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP as Senior Policy Advisor in Ottawa. Mr. Harder serves on the board of directors of a number of Canadian companies, including Power Financial Corporation, IGM Financial Corporation, ARISE Technologies, Telesat Canada, and Pinetree Capital Limited.

Mr. Harder also serves as President of the Canada-China Business Council. He will serve as a Director on the board of Uranium Star Corp.
