I heard monday we get the new act that is going to create 50,000 green jobs. If Ontario is the new leader in solar as rumours suggest than no company is in better shape to take advantage than Arise.

Arise can exploit this boom by selling modules made of their own German cells-thus creating their own product demand.

Line 2 cells are to be higher in efficiencies which will be especially desireable for the rooftop program and that is where the highest feed-in tariffs will probably be.

I believe solon will want to position itself in the Ontario market. They have done so in the US in Arizona. What better way than for them to BUY Arise. Just my speculation but I believe with the share price so rediculously low solon will buy Arise to control their solar cell deliveries and also gain a foot in Ontario to market their modules. Plus they get the 7n technology

solon should do this now before the Arise sp takes off-Arise wont trade for less than 40 million for long-factory, land, 2 lines and all paid for is worth well over 100 million in my opinion
