Yea a $1,000,000 sounds good to everyone , but seriously as far as helping small caps, sure but employess as well compare to owners or administrators , what i mean it's all about fairness among everyone , small , big , ugly ,wise ,dumb who cares in the end what's the difference between most human beings .

It' a matter of awareness.
