I ran into an article that was written yesterday may 11th in the globe saying that money from the federal govt. had not reached the street yet in Canada and that several provinces were anxious to have access to the stimulu smoney promised by the federal govt. in it's last budget .

Ontario among others has several projects waiting to be implemented , i believe APV might be one of them and this money should be made available before the end of the summer .

Just like in most countries stimulus money has'nt reached the streets yet except for banking sector...
