Bill Belovay of Jones Heward Investment Council is the manager of the BMO Precious Metal Fund. His commentary on ARU has always been very positive and it has been a top pick of his on BNN several times in tha past 6 to 8 months. He has stated many times in the past that he believes there are far more political risky places to invest in than Ecuador.
