Just to clarify we are talking about Patrick and not Keith. Patrick had 1.6 million shares (now 800,000) and 2.3 million options. Keith holds 14.1 million shares and 920,000 options. So Patrick's disposal of 800,000 shares represents about 20% of what he had.
