have emailed ARU Shareholder Relations requesting

clarificiation of Andersons comments at the AGM asto

cash funds at hand versus their decision to issue

give-away shares to Kinross

At this juncture, pending their clarification, I assume Anderson

has either been misleading shareholders or there is

sheer incompetence or neglect by the Board.

It remains to be determined whether the action taken

provides a good base for legal action. Comments by

legal experts invited
