That the tsx will approve ARU's sale of 15 million shares at $4.75 when they had material knowledge that a bid for $8.20 was in the works ( and they obviously knew because it was all part and parcel)-- even if ARU's board had ulterior motives such as drumming up an offer

Its like hitting your head against the wall but the more I think of this the more I think the OSC should really be investigating this particular aspect.
