I'm pretty sure that a stockholder of record can request a list of all shareholders of record from either the Company (ARU) or the Transfer Agent. If we had this ( like Kinross has) we also could contact present stockholders to tell them the real story.

I would request the list myself except that I own my shares in Street Name through my brokerage and would not be considered a stockholder of record. If anyone thinks a list of shareholders would be helpful in our quest and is a stockholder of record you might try e-mailing Marla at ARU to ask what the procedure is? There probably is a fee!

We know that a list has been prepared for Kinross as they are now calling people...so a list does exist!!

I am also wondering how many hoops they will put in front of such a request?

ONE THING TO REMEMBER IS THAT IF SOMEONE TENDERS THEIR SHARES THEY CAN ALWAYS WITHDRAW THEM UP UNTIL THE FINAL DATE !!

THOSE WHO HAVEN'T TENDERED DON'T.....THOSE THAT HAVE...WITHDRAW YOUR TENDER
