...This reminds me somewhat to a certain degree what I and fellow shareholders were put thru when Xstrata made a takeover bid for LionOre. The BOD's supported unanimously the 'cheap' bid and accepted the T/O. However, as many probably know, analysts just couldn't believe that this was a fair price, and the Market didnt either, so, the sp was trading higher than the offer. In due time, a number of counter bids were given before Norilsk topped them all.

...If history serves us well, and the pattern is so similar, I feel that 'in due time' another suitor will make a more worthwhile bid, followed by a follow up bid by K, and a final 'kick at the can' bid by someone else- not false hopes, but hoping just the same!...jmo
