....it looks like the boys at Kinross DO CARE about what the retails have to say (and that is why they manage a successful company, and Patrick does not). Kinross knows that they tried to sneak one past Aurelian Management and now realize the deal is at risk. In great part thanks to the great posters on Agoracom who banded together to fight an absolutely ridiculous, and possibly criminal, failure by management.

Let us all learn from this. Damn the torpedos....full speed ahead.....keep up the good fight captians.

Remember:

First they ignore you, then they ridicule you, then they fight you, then you win.

Kinross is clearly on phase 3, and I suspect moving towards phase 4 as they count the votes. Even they know that $800M for this deposit is ridiculus. It is a sad comment that OUR management did not recognize this simple fact.
