This is just my simple calculation and you should do your own calcuations. But from mine it seems that the offer based on Friday's close is substantially lower than the $8.20 apparent value of their offer. Their offer is based on their share value which is losing value as we speak. Their offer is not based on cash so in my view their offer has significant risk associated with it.
Based on their currnet share price I don't think their warrant has any value, it would require a 100% growth to have any value.
I will be lossing my mind to tender my shares at what they are offering!
