Yes Tina,

Just think...current K sp $16. If they get ARU, the market cap does not increase ( for several reasons, P/E being the biggest) yet the # of outstanding shares increases...thereby driving the sp of K down further.

Let's assume K goes to $14.50, someone out there says I'll give you $20 per share....nice offer considering the climate....and voila we end up with $6.34 per share for ARU.

Effing depressing

Doing the math is enough to make me sick to my stomach.

I am as anti K as anyone out there, but I just have a bad feeling about all of this.

The wait is killing me.

So, off to happy hour.- I need a friggin' big drink...the Kuala Lumpur Mandarin Oriental is a wonderful hotel to stay at if you ever find yourself over here.
