Alright, I am hugely disappointed. It is difficult to put my feelings about this whole thing into words.

But, as I sit here pondering my lost dream I am left to wonder this; WHY?

Why did 75% tender their shares?

How come all these houses went for this offer?

I can only surmise that they know a great deal more than we do. I would love to think all the analysts and funds are brain dead and we here at Agora are much more 'in touch', but with around 75% tendered I cannot for a minute believe that they are all fools.

Re: the extension. Big mistake regarding the warrant trading on Sept 8. If they trade at over 0.25$ I will be shocked and I beleive it is the warrant performance that has the potential to be the deciding factor for achieving the magical 90%. I will be even more surprised if they trade at all prior to Sept 15.....there will be a notice stating that TSX has delayed their listing....just wait.

So, with all this in mind I am hopeful that the deal is sweetened. I hope there is something in the background, but I know I will never, ever see anything like $10 per ARU share.

As many have said before...we should not have fallen in love with our stock...buy'em, sell'em and buy again...but never hold em.
