Well this Nil Short Position as of 24Oct08, is the official end of ARU. Pity. Strange the Previous Short Position of 3,701,400 as it was 09Oct08, isn't shown. eBear's assumption that it was a collared short, must be correct.

Wouldn't it be great if we read this Institution launched a Dissenting Shareholder Law Suit against K. Nothing good has happened re this T/O so I won't get my hopes up.
