For instance, while in my opinion the Kinross offer was certainly presented as a stock purchase it was accounted for as an asset purchase. These are two different types of purchases and have to be accounted for in the manner they were presented in and purchased as.

I wonder why Kinross accounted for their share aquisition of Aurelian in a different manner than what was communicated to the regular retail investor?

I have tried to discuss this issue with Kinross however they are being rather uncommunicative hahahahahahahahahahaha.
