Here is an interesting fact that I have come across. It appears that Kinross according to their own prospectus filing may not and will not publically offer their securities in or from Switzerland.

This little detail was not mentioned in our offer. I am wondering now if K. Barron still has his Aurelian shares since he just happened to be a resident of Switzerland at the time of the offer.

Perhaps someone if they know how to get ahold of him should inform him of Kinross's generous offer for his aprox 10% of Aurelian, Hahahahahahahahahaha.
