Power Of Attorney

It appears that the Offeror was granted Power Of Attorney over all those shares that were DEPOSITED to the Aurelian offer.

I would imagine that if you had all the rights that the Power of Attorney clause in the Aurelian offer granted the Offeror, you would be able to claim BENEFICIAL ownership of those shares for as long as the support aggreement lasted.

All in my honest opinion of course.
