Reading through the latest Kinross Interm Finacial Report for 3Q 2009 I see that the civil suit that was brought against Aurelian has been settled. I believe that suit had balooned to 6 separate plaintiffs at one point.

I wonder what the settlement was for, no details were given.

Did I mention that I really liked the Kinross warrants given as part compensation for depositing your shares with Kinross. Not often that you are given a 5 year warrant.
