Patrick, which of the following statements seem out of place. #1 Bgold just took his 20" black and white RCA into the repair shop as the picture is a little fuzzy and is waiting for a WRITTEN estimate before he decides whether to proceed with the repairs. #2 After many years of saving up Bgold is trading in his '71 Ford Pinto for a newer model and is getting a WRITTEN estimate as to how much he'll get back when he trades in this classic.( truth is at these prices he just can't afford to lose a whole tank of gas if the fuel tank explodes.) #3 Bgold, knowing he has the nicest lot in the trailer park decides now may be the best time to cash in before the real estate market crashes, gets WRITTEN market evaluations from 3 different realtors to determine the true market value. #4 Patrick Anderson decides it's time to sell the largest gold discoveries in the last 20 years and gets a VERBAL opinion of fairness---nothing in writing here fellas-- I don't want anybody being held accountable in a court of law.
