Dominic Channer has over 13 years of experience in the mineral exploration and development business, all of these in South America and until recently in Venezuela, where he managed the Guaniamo diamond project. He has wide experience of social, environmental and governmental issues related to project development in South America. Dr. Channer graduated with a First Class Honours degree from Oxford University (1984) and obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Toronto in 1994. He has authored numerous research papers and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Tim Warman, P.Geo.,

Vice President, Corporate Development

Mr. Warman has over 18 years international experience in mineral exploration and development. Mr. Warman was most recently Vice President, Exploration of Karmin Exploration and Manager, Exploration and Compliance for GlobeStar Mining. Prior to this he worked as a Senior Geologist with Golder Associates and with several junior and senior mining companies. Mr. Warman holds a B.Sc. (Honours) in Geology from McMaster University, a M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Manitoba, and a P.Geo. designation in Ontario.
