Dear Shareholder:

In their December 1, 2008 edition, the Sudbury Mining Solutions Journal features an article on the bioleaching plant that BacTech is proposing to build in Cobalt, Ontario to process the mine tailings in the area. (Please note an error in the item, first paragraph: Gowganda is located approximately 50 km west of Cobalt, Ontario, and not 240 km northeast of Timmins as stated.)
