Dear Shareholder,

This year is special for us!

As you already know from our press releases, Baltia has accomplished serious milestones as we approach the conclusion of the Air Carrier Certification, not the least of which was the approval of our training programs and the successful completion of the actual training (pilots, dispatchers, stewards, mechanics, and ground operations).

I expect that by the time of our meeting we will have passed even more significant milestones, and nothing would please me more than to be able to report this to you personally. See you at the annual shareholder meeting!
