Oil, after trading as lo as 33.55 9 sessions ago is 45 and change. The weak kneed ones are selling to the strong long term guys wherever we look. Big money knows markets are lower, but buying on the way down will ensure a strategic position. Especially since we know that stockpiles are being depleted, institutions are buying tankers or oil storage facilities, AND new exploration funds have almost been eliminated.
