Wow.

The number of Common Shares to be distributed and the price of each Common Share will be determined in the context of the market with final terms to be determined at the time of pricing. The Offering will be conducted through a syndicate of underwriters co-led by GMP Securities L.P. and CIBC World Markets Inc.

I dont know what to think? Is this is huge or am I having intestinal surgery without the use of anesthetic? Off the bat it looks as though the at the mercy of GMP & CIBC.. Price hasnt been decided?

Stock popped today early, got sold off and then the news???
