wow.

3 things stand out immediately after reading the PR and responses

1. Is 100 mill enough to build a mill and associated infrastructure

2. The 15% over allotment on 44M shares is about 6.6 Million if sold out and excercised, by my count bringing the total just shy of 107M.

3. I bet dime to a dollar this is already a done deal, try calling GMP or CIBC ( probably have to be an acredited investor though, pity us retail ) to see if you can get in on the action. Good luck
