TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 16, 2011) -

Barrick Gold Corporation (NYSE:ABX) (TSX:ABX) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of US12 cents per share, payable on March 15, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 28, 2011.
