George M. Leary
Position: M.Sc., P.Eng, President, CEO and Director

George Leary is a highly experienced exploration geologist involved in the mineral resource industry since 1964. He has worked throughout North and South America and Russia. He has extensive experience with a wide variety of commodities and mineral deposit models and has been responsible for the discovery of a number of significant mineralized systems in British Columbia and the Yukon, Canada. He spent 14 years with Amax Exploration Inc. in Vancouver, B.C. and during the latter part of his tenure was in charge of base metal exploration in the Canadian cordillera. He subsequently spent three and a half years with Union Oil of Canada in Calgary where he was responsible for base, precious and specialty metal exploration in Canada.


Victor Tanaka
Position: B.Sc., P.Geo., Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President and Director

Vic Tanaka is a career geologist who has participated in several significant mineral discoveries. He has held senior positions in both major and junior mining companies and has broad Canadian and international experience. He previously served as general manager of exploration for Asamera Inc., one of the original partners in the joint venture that led to the discovery of the high-grade Cigar Lake and Dawn Lake uranium deposits in the Athabasca Basin. The joint venture was also involved in laying the groundwork for the eventual discovery of the world-class McArthur River uranium deposit. McArthur River and Cigar Lake are the world's largest, high-grade uranium deposits.



Ken Armstrong
Position: Director

Mr. Armstrong graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree (Geology) in 1992, and from Queen's University with a Master of Science degree in Geology in 1995. He worked as a geologist with Rio Tinto from 1996 to 1997. During that time, he was involved with the development of the original resource models for the Diavik diamond mine in the Northwest Territories. Mr. Armstrong joined Aber Resources Ltd. in the fall of 1997, as project geologist. Since that time, he has also managed diamond, gold and base metal exploration programs in Canada's North for a number of junior exploration companies. Mr. Armstrong has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Strongbow since January 2005, and is a registered professional geoscientist in the province of Ontario.



James Stewart
Position: Director

Mr. Stewart is an accomplished lawyer who has practiced law in both private practice and as corporate counsel since 1984. He has extensive experience in the fields of mining, corporate finance and securities law. Mr. Stewart has served as a director or senior officer for numerous public companies, including Buffalo Gold Ltd., Adrian Resources Ltd., and Madison Minerals Inc., in addition to being involved in mineral exploration and development projects throughout North, Central and South America, Africa and Australia.



Mr. Praveen K. Varshney, C.A.
Position: Director

Mr. Varshney obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia (UBC) in 1987. Following that, he was with KPMG from 1987 to 1991 where he obtained his C.A. designation in 1990. He is a member and past President of the Vancouver chapter of The Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) and a founding director of the Vancouver chapter of The IndUS Entrepreneurs (TiE). Mr. Varshney also is on UBC's Sauder School of Business Faculty Advisory Board, a Director of The Vancouver Board of Trade, and a past recipient of Business in Vancouver's 40 Under 40 Awards. He is also a director of the Varshney Family Charitable Foundation, a BC Technology Social Venture Partner and on the advisory board of Room to Read - Canada.



Norman Burmeister
Position: P. Eng., Special Advisor U.S. Operations

Norm Burmeister was formerly president of Kilgore Minerals Ltd, which merged with Bayswater. Mr. Burmeister has over 40 years experience in the mining business. He was formerly Chief Geologist for Silver Standard Resources (TSX) from 1965 to 1978 and instrumental in discovery exploration of the Mill Canyon (adjacent to Jerritt Canyon) ore body in Elko County, Nevada subsequently sold to Freeport-McMoRan, and the Minto Copper Gold deposit in Yukon. Mr. Burmeister founded Bull Run Gold Mines in 1980 and served as CEO exploring and developing a successful gold mine in Elko County, Nevada.



Stephen Flechner
Position: Advisor

Mr. Flechner, of Denver, Colorado, holds a Doctorate in Law from Yale University and is the former Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Gold Fields Mining Corporation ("GFMC"). In that position, he established and directed corporate legal, land, and environmental compliance functions in order to acquire, permit, finance, develop and expand low cost heap-leach gold mining operations at Ortiz in New Mexico, at Mesquite in California, and at Chimney Creek in Nevada. These mines produced over 400,000 ounces of gold per year, grossing over $175 million annually, with high profitability. Mr. Flechner drafted/negotiated $150 million of gold loans and equipment leases with Chase, Citibank, Mellon and Westpac. He served on corporate budget, strategic planning, environmental compliance, community relations, and personnel policy committees as GFMC grew from 20 to 1200 people with increasing profits. More recently, Mr. Flechner has joint ventured base metal exploration with the largest zinc producer in S. Korea, helped establish the major gold exploration project in Papua New Guinea, acquired a wave technology/project company for a TSX/RTO, and has worked on uranium acquisition projects in Europe and in North America. His impressive experience and track record with GFMC plus his international mining project experience in Australia, Bolivia, Canada, Chile, Ghana, Ireland, Kazakhstan, Korea, Indonesia, Mexico, Papua New Guinea & Slovakia, are indicative of his ability to significantly contribute to the asset growth of Bayswater.



Robert Campbell
Position: Advisor

Mr. Campbell, P.Geo.(BC), conducts uranium exploration activities for Strongbow Exploration Inc., the Company's joint venture partner under the Canada Uranium Joint Venture, and is a qualified person under NI 43-101 with 18 years of uranium exploration experience. He has primarily focused on the search for high grade unconformity type uranium deposits in the Athabasca and Thelon Basins in Canada and on roll front type uranium deposits in Wyoming and Nebraska, USA. Mr. Campbell has been employed by and consulted for a number of major uranium exploration and mining companies, including Urangesellschaft Ltd.(Canada), Cogema Resources Inc. and PNC Exploration Inc. The Company looks forward to building its uranium asset base with the assistance of Mr. Campbell.



Sigfried Muessig, Ph.D.
Position: Advisor

Mr. Muessig has over 50 years of international experience in exploration, mining, and management. As vice president of Getting Mining Company he organized, staffed, and directed a world-wide exploration, acquisition, and mining organization of about 70 professionals. Muessig played a leading role in the discovery of the world-class Jabiluka uranium deposit, and the discovery, development, and mining of substantial new uranium reserves at Petrotomics Mining Company in Wyoming. Additionally, under his direction, Getty Mining entered the coal mining business, developed the Mercur gold mine, and was a 50 percent active participant in the discovery of Escondida in Chile, now the world's largest copper mine.

Before joining Getty, Muessig was Chief Geologist of U. S. Borax and was a mineral deposits geologist with the U. S. Geological Survey. Since the disbandment of Getty, he has been a senior advisor to major mining companies and as president of Crystal Exploration Inc. operated a diamond exploration program in the U.S. in joint venture with Dow Chemical and Ashton Mining Co.

Mr. Muessig is a past president of the Society of Economic Geologists, a Distinguished Member of the Society of Mining, Metallurgy, and Exploration (SME), a Fellow of the Geological Society of America and served on the Committee on Geology of the National Academy of Science. He is a Founding Member of the Division of Energy Minerals of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, and served on the Uranium Advisory Committee of the American Mining Congress.



Jerry Blackwell, B.Sc.
Position: Advisor

Jerry D. Blackwell is President of Gitennes Exploration Inc. and a professional geologist with over 30 years experience including participation in uranium ventures on a world wide basis. He has published papers on uranium under the auspices of the IAEA and has worked with Gulf, Getty and Cominco on uranium projects.

Gordon Davidson, B.Sc.(Hons), P.Geol.
Position: VP Exploration, Canada

Gordon Davidson has over 20 years experience in uranium exploration including directing exploration strategy and project management. He is credited having a significant role in the discovery of Areva's Andrew Lake uranium deposit in the Kiggavik Trend of the North Thelon Basin, Canada, as well as the discovery of unconformity-type uranium mineralization in the South Thelon Basin at the Boomerang Project. Gord also has significant uranium exploration experience in the Athabasca Basin as well as Labrador's Central Mineral Belt. Uranium exploration companies Gord has held responsible positions in include Uravan Minerals, PNC Exploration (now JNC Exploration), Urangesellschaft (now part of Areva) and Brinex. More recently, Gord has been directing exploration activities at Cumberland Resources where he was an important member of the team bringing the Meadowbank Gold Project to a positive production decision.

Mr. Davidson will be responsible for overseeing all of the Company's projects in Canada including directing exploration strategy, managing exploration programs, and project development.



Mr. James Viellenave, B.A., M.A.
Position: General Manager, U.S. Operations

Mr. Viellenave has more than 35 years experience in various capacities in the natural resource exploration and development industries, with an emphasis on the mineral industry. He has been involved in planning and managing mineral exploration programs for uranium and gold principally in the U.S. He has planned and implemented environmental programs for permitting of drilling, construction, and operation of mining and mineral processing operations, including uranium, phosphate, gold, base metals, industrial minerals, and geothermal, and downstream chemical operations involving zinc, copper, vanadium, nickel, and other metals. He has also conducted environmental due diligence work for minerals and petroleum, and developed and implemented environmental assessments and remediation for a wide variety of facilities across the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Latin America. Mr. Viellenave developed and operated a full exploration and environmental geochemical laboratory for minerals, geothermal, and petroleum resources. He also led the commercialization of uranium recovery from phosphate fertilizers in North America and Europe.

Mr. Viellenave's responsibilities include the planning and implementation of exploration activities in all U.S. operations, including environmental due diligence, permitting, and public and regulatory interactions.



Dean Fraser
Position: Project Manager, Labrador

Dean Fraser is Professional Geologist with nearly 15 years experience in mineral exploration in North and South America. Skilled in both geological and geophysical exploration, Mr. Fraser has employed a variety of techniques in precious metal, base metal, skarn and porphyry environments. Mr. Fraser has worked for several junior exploration companies and consultants including Linear Gold Corp., Aurelian Resources Inc. and Fortis Geoservices in Newfoundland.



Andre Thomas, M.Sc.
Position: Project Geologist, Labrador

Mr. Thomas is a skilled geologist with many years experience working in Labrador. During his thirteen year tenure doing field work with the Newfoundland Department of Mines and Energy in the Labrador mapping section, Mr. Thomas wrote and collaborated on nearly thirty scientific papers and reports. This work detailed the geology, geochronology, mineralization of the region and included the production of regional geological maps.



Pauline Honarvar, M.Sc.
Position: Compilation Consultant, Labrador

Claude Jobin, M.Sc. P.Eng.
Position: Consulting Geologist, Niger
